Our Performance Style

Our band delivers a dynamic and versatile live music experience tailored to the energy and vision of each event. We blend professionalism, stage presence, and musical excellence to create performances that feel both elevated and personal.

Booking & Scheduling Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of 35% is required to secure and reserve the engagement date and time.

  • Remaining balance is due immediately following completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Final set list selections and special song requests must be confirmed no later than 3 weeks prior to the event date.

  • Performance times, access times, and venue logistics must be finalized before the engagement date to ensure smooth event execution.

Overtime Policy

If the total engagement exceeds 9 consecutive working hours (including setup, performance, and breakdown), an additional fee of $500 per hour will be assessed to protect and respect the schedules of all crew members and performers.

  • Professional sound and performance gear associated with full band setup

  • 3 Hours Total for Load-In and Load-Out

    • 2 Hours Load-In

    • 1 Hour Load-Out

  • Base Wedding / Event Package — $5,000

    3hrs of a curated setlist.

    6hrs of total work - including load in and load out. (This time can be reduced for the same price)

    Multi-Day Wedding & Event Experience

    Designed for multi-day weddings, destination celebrations, and extended event programming, the Diamond Plus Package provides a fully immersive live music experience with expanded performance flexibility throughout the event schedule.

    • Multi-day booking structure at $15,000 per day

    • Customized performance scheduling across multiple event segments

    • Coordinated musical programming tailored to ceremony, cocktail hours, receptions, after-parties, and specialty events

    Breakout Performances

    To provide musical variety and maintain performer sustainability across multi-day engagements, performances may be divided into multiple “breakout” configurations throughout the event schedule.

    Breakout configurations may include:

    • Acoustic trios

    • Jazz or cocktail ensembles

    • Vocal and piano sets

    • Stripped-down rhythm sections

    • Full band headline performances

    • Other curated combinations based on event needs

    This structure allows for a dynamic entertainment experience while maintaining the highest quality of performance across extended engagements.

    Travel & Accommodations

    For destination or non-local events requiring overnight travel, room and board accommodations must be discussed and agreed upon in advance as part of the final engagement terms.

    Local events within 100 miles of the band’s home base do not require additional room and board accommodations.
